Extremely random book review

Image
This is a book series about a British veterinarian in the 20th century. I have books 3,4 and 5. I just started reading book 3 and it is super nice. Would recommend to all aspiring vets.

Homemade dog food

Homemade Dog Food: Ingredients: 1kg minced pork  2 slices of raw salmon sashimi MUST BE FROZEN IN INDUSTRIAL FREEZER FIRST! 2 quail eggs  Crushed eggshell from the quail eggs Cod liver oil 1 baby corn  1/6 of a sweet potato  1/3 of a carrot Cook the minced pork  Hard boil the quail eggs and then remove the eggshell and smash it  Cook the non-meat stuff Mix all ingredients except the sashimi and pour a little of the cod liver oil on top Chop the sashimi in tiny pieces and sprinkle on food before feeding Bon Appetit! (this is extremely random and I got most of the ideas from other websites, so feel free to add your own customizations!)

Orijen Wild Boar treats review

These wild boar treats are made in the USA. This is our first time trying food from their new DogStar plant! I rate this product five stars. 1st ingredient: Wild boar 2nd ingredient: Wild boar liver Another one of Champion Petfoods quality products. Both human and canine are happy! BTW, if you avoided the USA type of Orijen because of the problems, don't. The foods are okay if you dog is not prone to flatulence. Taste test: Browny loves it! (to the point where she raided the bag and I needed to construct and treat-protecting fortress to make sure she doesn't devour all the contents ahead of time!)
