How to choose a good dog food

First you start with 10 points.
Minus 1 mark for every grain and byproducts.
Minus 2 marks for bha, bht, ethoxyquin, and menadione and sodium selenite.
Minus 1 mark for artificial colouring.
Add one mark for each named meat products.
Add two marks for each organ meat.
Add one mark for each chelated mineral.
Add one mark if the first three ingredients are meat products.
Add one mark if the kibble uses mixed tocopherols as the preservative.

Grades:
Below 10 forget it!
10 to 15 you can do better.
15 to 20 good job!
20 and above you are an awesome pet owner.
